Rebecca heads the executive search and consulting practice for O’Rourke & Associates. She works closely with the board of directors on the Chief Executive Officer searches performed by our firm and provides strategic oversight of search engagements, manages client relationships and leads new business development. Rebecca worked for more than a decade at BECU, ending her tenure as the Senior Manager of Sales, with oversight of business development and the selling culture of the branch network. She served as Vice President of the Pierce County Chapter of Credit Unions. Rebecca is an expert facilitator and holds certifications in coaching, selling, and behavioral interviewing. She also owned a consulting practice focused on credit unions. In her early career, she managed a multi-state territory as a Regional Training Manager. Most recently, she served as the Senior Executive Human Resource Manager for the west coast flagship for Bloomingdales. Rebecca holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Martin’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She graduated from Western CUNA Management School, with high honors. Rebecca also earned the SPHR designation and the SHRM-SCP, the two premier designations of Human Resource professionals.

Bridget has over 25 years of recruiting, auditing and human resources experience in financial services. Bridget provides strategic input on the executive search and consulting practice for O’Rourke & Associates. She currently oversees large complex executive search projects and works closely with the board of directors on the Chief Executive Officer searches performed by our firm. She also manages client relationships and leads new business development. She has been involved in executive search and human capital management for 14 years, all within the financial services sector. Her prior positions include: Executive Search Director for O’Rourke & Associates, Head of Human Resources for a $4 billion asset management firm, Controller for a multi- fund venture capital firm, Vice President for a major bank providing risk management for a $1.8 billion investment portfolio and Manager with a Big 5 public accounting firm, where she specialized in financial institution audits and internal audits as well as staff mentoring and leadership initiatives. Bridget has extensive experience in various aspects of financial institution operations and controls. Bridget also volunteered on the board of a $1+ billion credit union and served on the Finance Committee, Nominating Committee and was named Vice Chairman. She understands the unique role credit union board members serve and the importance of a strong CEO/Board connection. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Art in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from the University of California, Santa Barbara and she became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995.

Lisa is the Director of Executive Search and Strategy and is responsible for executing and managing all aspects of the executive search process. In addition, Lisa works closely with O’Rourke and Associates’ executive team to formulate the strategic direction of the firm.
With over 30 years of credit union industry experience Lisa has a strong depth and breadth of knowledge in all areas of credit union operations. She began her career as a marketing consultant for over 60 credit unions in the Midwest and then started her tenure in natural person credit unions as Vice President of marketing for State Employees Credit Union in Lansing Michigan (now known as LakeTrust Credit Union). Lisa served as Chief Executive Officer for Parkside Credit Union in Livonia Michigan and Chief Operations Officer for Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union in Clinton Township Michigan. Immediately prior to joining the O’Rourke and Associates’ team she was the Chief Operations Officer for the service corporation of one of the country’s premier Credit Union Leagues.
Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University. Lisa has earned many credit union designations from CUES and CUNA and most recently completed the designation of Chief Innovations Officer by attending the Strategic Innovation Institute at MIT and Stanford. In addition to these credit union specific designations Lisa has earned the SPHR designation and the SHRM-SCP the two premier designations of Human Resource professionals.

Johanna is a Manager on our executive search team where she is responsible for working with financial institutions nationwide in the oversight of cross functional executive recruiting projects. Johanna is involved with ongoing business development activities for O’Rourke & Associates and spends significant time executing progressive recruitment and relationship management strategies. Johanna brings to O’Rourke over 4 years of talent acquisition and consulting experience with an international recruitment firm having a client base inclusive of Fortune 500 companies, diverse start-up organizations, and a broad array of organizations from the financial services marketplace. Additionally, Johanna has over 10 years of credit union experience with leading institutions having assets in excess of one billion dollars where she held various roles in operations, community development, training, and member services. Johanna relies on her diverse background to provide a true consultative experience for her candidates and clients. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Liberal Studies from the University of Redland.
