F.C.I. FCU Announces Ann Kraus as Their New CEO
SAN FRANCISCO, October 8, 2012 — The FCI Federal Credit Union Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Ann Kraus as the Credit Union’s new Chief Executive Officer. Ann was previously the Business Development Officer at Public Service Credit Union; a $1B state-chartered, member-owned financial cooperative with over 130,000 members. During her time at Public Service Credit Union, she has taken on the roles of Vice President of Lending, Vice President of Support Services, Vice President of Operations and Director of Business Development. Prior to joining Public Service Credit Union, Ann was the CEO at VAH Federal Credit Union which later merged with Public Service Credit Union. During her time at VAH FCU, she grew the loan to share ratio by 100% while also increasing the asset size by more than double. She implemented an ATM/debit card program, credit card program, HELOC’s and Second Mortgages. She managed collections and delinquencies and was in charge of all daily operations. Ann is a financial management professional with more than 25 years of significant experience in the Credit Union industry. She is an energetic, a self-starter who’s core values include honesty, reliability, and a strong focus on goals and leadership. Ann has a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism with a minor in accounting from Colorado State University.
