Maroon Financial Credit Union Names Lawrence Chlum as New CEO

Chicago, IL – James S. Williams Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maroon Financial Credit Union, has announced the appointment of Larry Chlum as Maroon Financial’s President & CEO. Mr. Chlum joined Maroon Financial on January 1, 2015.

Larry has over 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Maroon Financial, Larry was the president of PNA Bank, Chicago, and First Savings & Loan, South Holland, Illinois. Larry, who is both a CPA and CFA, began his career at the international accounting firm, Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Benedictine University, where he received his bachelor’s degree and DePaul University, where he earned his master’s degree.
