Johanna is a Manager on our executive search team where she is responsible for working with financial institutions nationwide in the oversight of cross functional executive recruiting projects. Johanna is involved with ongoing business development activities for O’Rourke & Associates and spends significant time executing progressive recruitment and relationship management strategies.
Johanna brings to O’Rourke over 4 years of talent acquisition and consulting experience with an international recruitment firm having a client base inclusive of Fortune 500 companies, diverse start-up organizations, and a broad array of organizations from the financial services marketplace.
Additionally, Johanna has over 10 years of credit union experience with leading institutions having assets in excess of one billion where she held various roles in operations, community development, training, and member services. Johanna relies on her diverse background to provide a true consultative experience for her candidates and clients. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Liberal Studies from the University of Redlands
