As I anticipated this year’s Oscar nominees and watched the show, I thought to myself this must be a lot like anticipating landing the job and the movie must be like the interview. I think we can all agree that we would rather go through the process that most companies have in place for hiring, than the stress of the role and waiting to see if the masses accept us in the role or not. However, I think we can all agree that there are many interview processes that can be updated and brought into a more substantial decisioning process.
