Mary Leonardi, PHR, has joined O’Rourke and Associates as Director, Executive Search. Ms. Leonardi brings the firm’s clients more than 15 years of national recruiting and human resources experience in the credit union and banking industries. Previously, she has served as National Recruiting/Talent Manager at SFC as well as Human Resource Manager/Recruiting professional at America’s First Federal Credit Union. She has earned a reputation as a go-to person for her knowledge and expertise in executive recruitment and related human-resources issues. She has also proved a judicious steward of client resources in helping both small and large organizations acquire and retain talented managerial teams.
